As of this posting, all the unpaid wages mentioned in the previous negative reviews are now with the Ministry of Finance's collections department. If after all this time Bossc can't settle their debts to their previous employees, then you shouldn't count on them paying you regularly, and clients shouldn't expect the lights to stay on for much longer. And even if they do, but Bossc isn't willing to resolve dozens of unpaid wage disputes, then your trust would be misplaced in them.
If you're part of an unpaid co-op program or something, then sure. Go get your much needed experience trying to put out a dumpster fire. There'll be a lot of that in your future, so might as well jump straight into the deep end of the pool. Everyone else, keep looking.
