There are no pros at all

1. They do not honor contract terms at all. 2. Completely unprofessional and disorganized attitude towards projects at hand. 3. Hire and fire at the blink of an eye for no reason whatsoever. They promise a contract to you when they cannot even afford to pay you for that contract term. 4. Do not deal with employees as humans but a mere figure on the excel sheet. 5. Do not have a proper infrastructure as well as system setup. 6. Employee motivation is totally negative(not even zero). 7. Favoritism and micromanagement is at its best.

Therefore, I am very disappointed to hear about your experience and I'd like to address all your points. 1. We are in this business because of our solid work ethic and continued success. We have always respected and honored our contracts and have executed in agreement with those contracts. If there are items that are unclear for you, please contact hr@bossc.ca 2. Our projects are planned and we adapt their course as per business and clients' needs. I am not sure to what 'unprofessional' aspect are you referring to 3. Any contract has responsibilities on both ends and it is not only the company responsibility to uphold a contract, it also the contractor's to deliver as per the agreement 4. I am not sure where you got this impression, as we put humans upon all our strategy. Happy people and happy clients are among our core values 5. Every company evolves on both infrastructure and setup and we function as the business needs dictate 6. I am very shocked about your statement as people are very happy in our company and everyone appreciates all our team building events, including basketball, bowling etc. We have 'employee of the month' appreciation events and multiple other activities that stimulate engagement and continuous motivation 7. You mention 'favoritism' coped with 'micromanagement' and I want to reiterate that these are unacceptable in our workplace. Probably plenty of parking and office space to stretch your legs these days

As of this posting, all the unpaid wages mentioned in the previous negative reviews are now with the Ministry of Finance's collections department. If after all this time Bossc can't settle their debts to their previous employees, then you shouldn't count on them paying you regularly, and clients shouldn't expect the lights to stay on for much longer. And even if they do, but Bossc isn't willing to resolve dozens of unpaid wage disputes, then your trust would be misplaced in them. If you're part of an unpaid co-op program or something, then sure. Go get your much needed experience trying to put out a dumpster fire. There'll be a lot of that in your future, so might as well jump straight into the deep end of the pool. Everyone else, keep looking.
