Pros
I have been working at Bolt for just under a year and have had a very positive experience. The company has a great culture. The people are friendly, smart and excited about their job. I work on a variety of projects and am given a high level of independence to get the job done. No micromanagement. Also, the location of San Francisco office can't be beat, with beautiful views of the bay and Golden Gate Bridge.
