Hello, I hope you’re all doing well and staying healthy. I wanted to share my thoughts and express my experience working with the BMJ India team. I have worked for more than 2 years with the BMJ India team. During this time, I have felt that, compared to other organizations I’ve worked at, BMJ is truly a great place to work with excellent work-life balance. I still remember when I first joined the BMJ India office — the HR team, my colleagues, and even the MD were very helpful and supportive, which made my onboarding smooth and welcoming. Over time, we have created many great memories, such as team outings, celebrating all festivals, and one-to-one interactions when other teams visited the India office. We even had the opportunity to go to London, meet the London team, and gain a deeper understanding of their work culture. BMJ provides ample opportunities for personal and professional growth. The environment encourages learning new skills, taking on challenges, and balancing work with personal life effectively. I have personally benefited from this culture, which has helped me grow both professionally and personally. The team spirit at BMJ India is amazing — everyone is supportive, collaborative, and always willing to help. The organization also promotes inclusivity, open communication, and recognizes individual contributions, making it a motivating and inspiring place to work.
