Pros

1. Very flexible WFH policy. 2. Innovation is in the company's culture. It's nice company for people having new ideas and are ready to work hard to make them real. Lots of channels and forums for people to bring forward the ideas be it related to the project, employee welfare or CSR. 3. Salary and hikes are good and you can really co-relate them with your performance and overall contribution to your project. Loyalty and Retention bonus is plus. 4. Work Hard and Party Harder is the mantra. 5. Overall it's a good place for smart people who really want to make a difference. They get opportunities and they do get rewards.

Kontras

1. Salary and financial rewards, hikes are good in R&D but IT always have budget issues. May be that is industry trend. 2. Not strong from process point of view. Lack of clarity in work scope. 3. Need more opportunities for skill upgrade. Mentoring is sorely missed by many. 4. Sometimes work culture in the team is so adhoc that it results in lack of accountability. In my opinion it is rampant in higher ladders as well thus making them dependent on individual heroics. 5. HR practice is not strong so lot dependent on your manager.

Pros

They hardly ever fire anyone.

Kontras

They hardly ever fire anyone. Comp plan is terrible. You get paid on Opportunities sources but there isn't any criteria written down on what makes a discovery call turn into an opportunity. Leading them to cherry-pick deals and choose if you get paid or not. They don't have product market fit. The entire new logo space didn't close anything last year. Getting placed in a good, high paying seat is all dependent upon nepotism. No clear path for growth. Constantly moving the goal post and changing promotion criteria. The promotion path leads you to a role that has historically not closed a deal and the role is a huge pay cut for some BDR's leading to high churn or career BDR's.
