Great benefits Great kickoff and club Good people, better than standard corporate job but trends toward complacency. Easy job and can move up easily if that's what you want.
Kontras
Heavy focus on retention vs. high performance. Not encouraged/rewarded/motivated to stand out. Seniority trumps all even in the face of disastrous performance. Missing out on more money by not *really* producing. Customers use as necessary evil, hate company, rarely get good meetings.
