Lot's of good sales training and broad product portfolio. Got to spend a lot of money trying to sell customers on a good time rather than reliable technology.

Too many layers of management, lack of executive communication with employees and no value add to the process. Sales Directors are more interested in managing up and throwing their subordinates under the bus. The products didn't work. There was constant turnover and therefore no sense of team work working towards the common cause.
