The reality is that these mom and pop brands who have no knowledge of marketing get conned into placing what little money they have into campaigns with no results. - Job scope changes on a dime. - Late payment of salary every month - Inept management who are unwilling to change: it's that well known saying that those who can't do , manage - If they are hiring, do yourself, your career and your mental health a favor.
