Excellent company to work for

small company, has some growing to do

-Base bay is decent -One of the few contractors that didn't relocate with the BRAC (Fort Monmouth) -Compressed schedule

-Benefits are terrible and time off is very stingy -Unstable work environment -Some managers behave unprofessionally (curse loudly in open areas) -If you're not favored by senior management, it creates an uneasy feeling -Trying to grow too quickly, do not have the reserve funds to weather economic storms -Uneven power schema (non-managers are somehow experts)
