The systems and frameworks developed under their direction became cumbersome to maintain, with even minor modifications requiring disproportionate effort and extended delivery timelines. This level of engineering inefficiency is a significant warning sign for a technology leader responsible for accelerating innovation and execution. René Bill has already paid a heavy price for this, else today it would have been better positioned :( Given the pace of change in today’s technology landscape, the company would be better served by a CTO who can balance architectural rigor with adaptability, speed, and forward-looking technical vision.
