Experience selling multiple multiple solutions, a very good sales methodology TUF, lots of entertaining with key decision makers.

Compensation plan...year end bonus, delivery and execution, junior level resources, not customer centric, all clients must do a BOI platform, walk away from BOR. Its unfortunate that all roads really do lead to the warehouse...they need to make business decisions based on inventories kept in their warehouse which when compared with competitors is enormously overpriced with margins as high as 50%
