Pros

Benefits are great, pay is more than adequate for most jobs. Lots of little perks with on site cafe,commuting to work, gym memberships.

Kontras

Indecisive, unclear objectives. Goals change constantly and when decisions are made they are subject to change at a moments notice. Training is mostly learn as you go and very little mentoring that hinders the adaption of change. Mangers do not want to look at real issues and only want to know what they want to hear. Response from any inquiry takes forever, that's if you get a response. Agile is not a known concept in the work environment.
