Too political HR do not care about internal staff, your an easy replacement..happy to train you up and then you leave and wiped from their books forever and will never look at why you left They say plenty of internal opportunities..HA! when pigs fly, only if your in with the politics Immature company in the way of management policies and walking the talk. Sounds great! - If practised!
