Pros

- good office location and restaurants close by

Kontras

- extremely high turnover - bad management and promotions for people that dont work as hard as others, high favouritism in the company - no opportunities for growth (junior architects are not promoted after 5+ years) - high stress environment, no organized process and highly manual inputs. Automated systems often break or dont work properly and need to be fixed manually anyway - poor directors and principles (no clue how to run the company)

Pros

Some team members are supportive on an individual level.

Kontras

I would strongly caution anyone considering joining this company. There are serious cultural and management issues that make it a difficult and, at times, demoralizing place to work. There is a clear pattern of bias within HR, where complaints are not handled fairly or objectively. Instead of fostering a safe and respectful workplace, concerns are often dismissed or reframed in ways that shift blame onto those raising them. This creates an environment where employees feel discouraged from speaking up. If you voice disagreement or raise concerns, you risk being labeled as “toxic” or “difficult,” which can negatively impact your reputation internally. Management practices are inconsistent and often ineffective, allowing disrespectful behavior to go unchecked. When issues are reported, they are frequently minimized or written off as interpersonal conflict rather than addressed meaningfully. Layoffs are handled in a particularly impersonal and, at times, insensitive manner. Communication is minimal, and there appears to be little regard for the dignity of affected employees. In some cases, follow-up communication—such as requests for personal belongings or necessary documentation—goes unanswered. Additionally, administrative processes such as issuing Records of Employment (ROEs) are not handled reliably (wrong information is inputted) creating further stress for individuals who are already dealing with job loss.
