      High profile projects Excellent IT and office infrastructure.

      Kontras

      Almost non-existent induction process so role and responsibilities within teams not defined, and reviews not clearly planned. Success of role also tied to working on a major project with management issues. Lack of home working (pre-covid) despite IT being in place.
