New office. Can work from home sometimes. Allows you to work on a compressed week schedule and get a Flex Day (day off) every two weeks.
Kontras
Work overload- need more staff! Management does not care- complained to HR but nothing happened. No advancement- always hire externally. No acts of appreciation for staff-no lunch no celebrations. Unmotivated and left company.
