      Great company with great products and commanding market shares in most product categories

      Had 117 years to tangle selves up in internal red-tape, slow processes and bureaucracy. Can be a very political work environment.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
