Pros
Exceptional working culture which adheres to company policy. Kudos to the management for recruiting such young, passionate associates (across all divisions). Comfortable remuneration. No qualms between management level and associates. We respect each other - Profound!
Kontras
Not too sure how BD is doing in the states but as a BD associate in Malaysia, we are not entirely aggresive. Branding is weak. Marketing support is non-existent. Strategies are not clear cut. Training for associates is a bare minimum. Talent management is poor.
