You have every benefit, Cabs, Insurance, Can earn extra, good pay structure , Work life balance great, no stress, no pressure, can easily manage personal life, many of my colleagues wanted to retire in BCf, what else we need.

All the -ve feedback which has been posted on this forum is completely non sense, there's no fact about it, those are the people who doesn't see/feel happy about others. I would say if you don't like step out don't spoil the rhythm and don't influence others.
