Location, free BCAA membership, company culture, current hybrid environment, good people, free coffee (but could be better), Opportunities within organization (other departments), benefits, matching pension contributions
Kontras
Because of many long term employees (lots of 20+ years, handful of 30+ and 40+ years), opportunity to move up can be limiting. Change can be a bit slow, resistant to hard changes until fiscal year ends or because of the board. Pay could also be a bit better, for my experience I'm generally receiving offers that are around 15% higher salary. Also, sometimes they hire from within too often as opposed to an external candidate.
