Lack Diversity, Division amongst departments , BBVA does not truly stand by the Code of Conduct. Favoritism is in full effect, Nepotism is a problem in departments. The mergers have left this company divided. Long term employees are not promoted., the rules bend for certain groups but are rigid and buy some rule book for the other group. Certain groups need degrees, accreditations, and Licenses. Other groups are excluded from those rules. Everyone knows this but pretends not to know.
