Friendly environment but lacks bonuses and time management - Business Analyst bei BBSI: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I had a fantastic experience working at BBSI. One of the highlights was the incredible support from my manager and co-workers. They were always willing to lend a hand and provide guidance, making it a truly collaborative environment. I highly enjoyed helping company owners navigate their challenges and supporting employee development. Leading trainings and seeing the positive impact on both the business and employees was incredibly rewarding. The company culture is focused on growth and development, which aligns well with my professional values.

One of the challenges I faced was the extensive driving required to cover a large area, although this is not standard for most other regions. Additionally, some clients were reluctant to utilize proactive services, which made it difficult to help them transition from working IN their business to working ON their business. Despite these challenges, the overall experience was positive and fulfilling.

No pros at all but it’s better than being unemployed and living in mommy’s basement.

Everything about this organization is awful. They will treat you like a turnip and squeeze every last bit of blood from you. No pay raises ever, so if some snot-nosed kid gets hired a year or two after you, you’ll be stuck at the same salary while they get another 10K more than you.
