1. Career opportunities: It does not exist here. The company does not have any policy to downgrade or fire the management team & board of directors who lack capacities and soft skills significantly . It means that they will stay at these positions until they die, no one can replace them. If you're good, they never hire or promote you. If you do not work as per their request, you’re dead meat! 2. Compensation & benefit: SUPER HUGE workload with SUPER LOW salary. OT without bonus is the culture here. Don't expect that you have time to enjoy holidays with your family, it never happen. Moneytary incentives for national holidays, is just like alms. 3. Management: SUPER micro management with negative influences. The upper managers have "death note", always keeping an eyes on what you are doing and TADA, they "accidentally" complain about your mistakes, whether small or big, in front of many co-workers from time to time, like a cow chewing the cud. Everything negative – pressure, challenges. The BOD and managers do not have leadership & problem solving skills, not sure why they are promoted to this position. If there is any problem or complain (1* rating) raised by the customers, the upper managers will, "BOOM", disappear and leave you alone to face with harsh criticism from the complainer. BBCIncorp is the good place for gaslight and blame cultures.
