Good pay and bonus, and a good work life balance. Share scheme is a good perk. Really good people to work with (outside of senior management).
Kontras
Promotion opportunities are rare and when they do happen they're based on political alliances and personal motivations rather than merit. Also, if you're female forget it as you'll rarely get above a certain level. Senior management rarely communicate anything meaningful beyond company platitudes. Constant restructuring and budget cutting.
