From where can I start, they sell company data to suppliers, distributors get played out by TMEs as they steal money from distributors, I also remember how a Management Trainee managed got the MT IQ questions leaked through an internal employee in HR to get through the MT selection process. Sales and marketing department is heavily corrupt. Unfortunately, there is no one to complain to because the entire senior management is cooperating to commit all types of fraud. There is also hardly any female who sticks around because of all kinds of underlying issues that never get heard ( harassment, discrimination, threats etc). There is no independent scrutiny. Every person and every entity that's connected to the Sales and Marketing department is corrupt. It's unfortunate. They also manage to manipulate data when they are reporting to HO. There was a previous employee called Kaushal Mendis who was the BP for the marketing department. His wife secured an construction contract with Ceylon Tobacco Company that's completely unethical. Also he used to get his friends hired by giving them the selection process related questions prior to the aptitude test. This is just one example of all kinds of unethical practices that are happening. Hope they will send over someone from the U.K to seriously scrutinize this place. I know it's a small market but still it's unfortunate to see this happening to a great company. Corruption has been happening over the years and not sure if they can end it
