Pros

Depends on your manager, you get good manager you will have an easy time and wonderful time. Changes are slow but it is moving to the right direction. Good work life balance. Very flexible.

Kontras

HR can change policy anytime. HR will do their best to make policies so that it is hard for you to leave or other companies to recruit you. Changes can be slow. I mean really slow. Increment is meh and bonus is meh. Promotion is slow even if your overperforming.

Management is not involved in the day to day care.

Kontras

Management does not seem to care much about the well being of their client. They had asked me on a couple of occasions to do things that were morally and/or legally questionable.
