Interesting and varied opportunities working on exciting projects - Solutions Architect bei BAE Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

During my time I witnessed the hiring and firing (in terms of enforced redundancies) in batches. I understand that this is based on projects starting and stopping coupled with revenue streams, but bringing in so many new faces at one time overloaded the offices, and added complexity for new employees to find the initial assignment. I feel this statement is important, but harsh on what I believe to be fundamentally a good company.
