. Everyone encourages you to ask any questions you have and are eager to provide experiences suited to what you want to get out of the internship. . I had the option to work on current projects rather than doing work which carries no real significance. . My weekends were left free and the midweek work hours are very flexible.

.The workforce is not particularly youthful, so the social side of work may be lacking if you are a new employee out of university. With this said, I do believe they are currently making an effort to recruit a younger workforce.
