poor management poor progression too many 'yes' men (who are rewarded) innovation is discouraged (and this is coming from someone who won two chairmans awards for innovation) poor communication processes and sign-off loops are extremely restrictive 'thats not my job' mentality extremely silo-d workforce, even within the same project teams bullying and blame culture is rife graduates have a sense of entitlement poor performance management (I now someone who is tagged as an engineer, but a more realistic tag would be 'professional solitaire player')
