Good pay and benefits. Wide variety of different roles.

Very poor people management and accountability. Managers in several areas are consistently being dishonest during recruitment activities, then either placing successful applicants in completely different (often unsuitable) roles, or failing to provide any meaningful work or training (sometimes for months on end). There is a bad culture of laziness and "not my problem" attitudes amongst the local management, and an unhealthy amount of back-stabbing and self-centred career-chasing, which in many cases seems to go unchecked.
