Avoid at all Cost - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei BACL: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I really enjoyed my time at BACL. The people here are amazing!! Supportive, friendly, and always willing to help. The office has a nice selection of snacks, which is a nice perk, and the work itself is interesting as an Account Executive. I had a cool supervisor who grew alongside me, providing guidance and encouragement throughout my time here. Overall, BACL is a solid place to work, especially if you’re looking for opportunities to expand your knowledge. (What I learned will stick with me for life)

There is a bit of pressure early on, as management may expect you to ramp up quickly, but it’s ultimately a great environment for those who are eager to develop their professional/talking skills. It encouraged me to put my best foot forward.

Alot of exposure to different tech which is great for starting your career, alot of experience with test setups, and a good way to develop professioinal communication skills.

The pay is too low for the amount work that is asked.
