Frequently changing management and positions The bank is owned by the Libyan Gov so the bank is not financially stable due to the civil war in Libya and after FSA closed the Sudan branch. The bank is trying to change its strategies to open other branches in Africa but without a success They usually hire people and then fired them after project/tasks end so they can save money . recently they have made redundant more than the half stuff
