Pros
- good pay, not great - not bad either
- family oriented and they really make you feel a part of their family (bi-weekly calls with the CEO and entire company
- great co-workers
- benefits were good, not great
- B3 was getting new contracts and there was the ability to move to different positions. They have a "map" of different ways you could progress though the ranks. "management track", "expert developer track", etc.
- being fully remote was great
Kontras
- onboarding was pretty rough, some of that was because B3 was just starting to ramp up for a new VA contract that they had won, part of that was because the company was somewhat small and their onboarding practices weren't solid.
- I didn't get to use my expertise on the project. I was relegated to doing network testing whereas my specialty was development.
- great communication with my higher ups which helps a ton.
