Pros
Use as a stepping stone for something else. Or at least as an experience holder in your resume. Not too far from freeway They are dumb enough to believe your absences' excuses because they can't replace you.
Kontras
The environment and culture is just like china. There are no structure or legitimate policies that will help safeguard the employees. Career prospects are zero to none. I feel completely sympathetic for their employees that works in the production side -- they have to deal with fumes, heat and cold temperature, and a crowded space. The space to eat lunch is even limited, they truly reached their maximum capacity but still hire people like cattle. HR is completely useless -- I think they're just there for looks.
