Do not have any development methodologies and project management strategies to develop a good product. Instead, they try to overload with unstructured parallel tasks. Based on the time you spend in the office, your efforts will be calculated instead of actual value addition and effort measurements. Kind of old school mentality with immature decision-makers in the management. Mostly dependant on individual contributors without risk management or backup plans. Engineering standards and methodologies are very poor.
