Astec pays well, they have to. Their reputation is terrible for a reason. The people who work the floor are great. They just have no chance to excel.

Upper management is out of touch, ineffective, and the most inept I have ever scene. They make demands that can not be fulfilled, because of a basic lack of knowledge.
