Promotions are handed out in the office to fill gaps - makes Management look as though they know what they are doing.

- Base salary is low - You can lose support very quickly as ‘stick your head in the sand’ culture - Strong Management/Directorship in the office is lacking severely. Unprofessional. - A lot of individuals, even those at Senior level, bring no value to the job and company however, no one has the guts to stand up and resolve this issue - Nothing is confidential; even items discussed with HR - Don't believe the 90% retention rate!!
