Process: No process in organization. Random process changes specifically on appraisal cycle. No defined appraisal process. Appraisal totally manipulated by management for their favorites. Ad-hoc policy changes done by management. Everything is volatile. WFH: Only favorites can apply. Meetings are presentation of power-play. PMs and capability leads are puppets, They them self can't even write one email. Ad-hoc dead-lines are give by PMs and as developer we need to work over-night and weekends. In simple words 'NO work life balance.' HR and account department doesn't exist in organization. HR's are equivalent to PA's of management and account department doesn't exist.
