Nice, friendly teams. Juniors especially, are keen to learn. Not a stuffy attitude.
Kontras
Leadership are disconnected and do not like to listen and heed feedback. Management will be hierarchical and there is a patriarchal culture … very much “do what I say”. This conflicts with the character’s of experienced, passionate hires who cannot implement change. Ones mental health will suffer.
