Poor and insensitive management - Assistant Manager Finance bei Azentio Software: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Joined this company 5 years back and worked really hard and managed to get 2 promotions within my 5 years journey in this company, everything was going great but things turned drastically after this company got acquired in April'21. The current management is ruthless, they are not interested in valuing their existing employees and are ready to invest in outside employees, we have been asked to look a new job which is really disappointing. would strongly recommend not to join this company.
