--- 2 Sisters run the Show, one is Mad, other is Stupid --- People get Sacked on all days including Sundays --- And Reason for Sacking - Nothing in particular --- Monthly Salaries depends on your Luck & Stars --- 2020 April Salary hasnt been paid to many people (till date July 21) --- 800 Promoters (BA channel), all girls were sacked in 1 day --- Their Salary , FnF, Incentives not paid but eaten by the Mad Sisters --- Mid of Covid in May / June 2020, they made it Compulsory to come to office --- If you didnt but Worked from Home, those days were Deducted from Salary --- If you are being treated as Slave, you should feel lucky, many are treated as Garbage --- Imagine a company where the Peon who has been working for long time comes & tells you on the very 1st day - Sir, these Sisters are Mad, dont trust them I can go on but i am sure you get the picture by now i guess.....

Typical local culture. Anything can happen anyday. Any employee can loose their day without a reasonable reason. Loosing jobs depends on the mood of the directors. They have anger issues. No planning, no vision and run the company as a local ration shop. I would say it's a career spoiler. Employees treated as animals. Life at the office premise is as you are in jail. HR will track your even smaller breaks. Many instances has happened when the employees were asked to leave from the Gate if the office by the security. Unbelievable working environment. Check with any current employee and they will confirm that they are working there just bcoz they have not got another opportunity yet. Very high attrition Rate. People decide to leave on the same day of the joining as they come to know about the culture.
