The pay is okay, and nearly everyone in the office is constantly sick. It's not just mild symptoms—there's frequent coughing, sneezing, and people clearly unwell who really should be resting at home, yet they still come in to work.
I’d strongly recommend rethinking the workspace layout—it’s essentially cubicle hell right now. Numerous empty desks only add to the discomfort—it gives the office a ghost town vibe, which makes the environment feel even more bleak and disconnected.
These are things that can be improved, there is hope !
