Pros
Great people, competitive salaries and benefits, good projects. People support each other and work toward the common goal. Overall a great company to work for. I left voluntarily and would go back for the right opportunity.
Kontras
The equipment provided is pretty dodgy; many consultants provide their own laptops. Also, the requested admin software is only provided for the duration of the project and has to be renewed. It can be a cumbersome process and can go out of date while you are in the middle of crunch-time. Seems penny-wise and pound foolish. Doesn't show much consideration for the consultants in that respect.
Review process is not very transparent, at least it doesn't seem so.
