      Great place to learn after college and get out as fast as you can.

      Kontras

      Leaders only value political high ego folks who climb the ladder at the expense of destroying others who have the ideas and execute. Company has stayed in their current status for a long time and nothing can survive them. They lost a whole bunch of great people who could have grown the company. The solution architects who got into the account side were the most toxic people and extremely money motivated that they don't care and are not in fact royal.

      Pros

      Leadership/Management is great, lots of support, WFH is encouraged and work life balance is respected. Good benefits and good culture.

      Axis group operates with a startup style atmosphere meaning lots of push for speed and growth.

      Health benefits were better than most other companies

      Kontras

      - The company promised a discretionary 401K match in 2024 and never delivered. - Managers and leaders are always "too busy" to help when stuck, but would be quick to hold it against you when something wasn't finished on time. - Leaders don't cultivate employees; they scorch the earth and rebuild instead of having meaningful relationships with employees. - Leadership shouldn't promote lying to clients (see advice for management) - Expectation was always to work more than 40 hours a week
