*horrible micromanaging *management is related to people in production; employees in relationships - this promotes favoritism *if there is a problem with your supervisor or project manager, you are considered a "problem employee" *women are treated differently than men *they offer the lowest PTO I've ever heard of...only 64 hours for newer employees. Impossible to take a vacation if you get sick. *was promised a raise....got a 60 cent raise. Insulting. *Very little opportunities to get promotions or rise up the ladder
