Good location, many productive and engaged coworkers, staying late isn't encouraged, summer fridays halfdays.

Management handed down intolerable directives from above, treated the individuals placed like lazy, irresponsible children who only want money and benefits, micromanaged and systematically took away any kind of control in-house employees had: ruled with iron fist, highly questionable ethics, and a desire to preserve a face of kindness when in fact it was entirely driven by making sure no laws were explicitly broken. Atmosphere of distrust and suspicion, people are told by management to lie to each other and often put unprofessional and unethical pressure on each other.
