Everyone I worked with was helpful and friendly. Employees were were willing to share their experiences and help whenever they could. The company itself is supportive of its employees in every aspect. Benefits package was awesome! I wish I could have continued to work here.

2020 became a very rough year for the company. I completely understand what the CEO is doing to turn the company around and wish the company all the best!

I've worked with this organization for almost 8 years now and the owners are truly invested into growing every member of the team personally and professionally. The culture here is great and there is an impressive amount of effort exerted in an effort to retain it. The opportunity to grow is tremendous as the company is still growing quickly. The organization continues to focus in on its offerings and this allows for everyone in the team to have a better chance to succeed. The last two years have been excellent especially as the "start-up" mindset has gone away and the company has begun to focus on its future trajectory.

Being part of a team at Axia Technology Partners means being flexible and sometimes working in elements that aren't in your job description. This is a con and a pro depending on how you look at it.
