A work place where there really isn't an "I" in Team. Everyone is welcoming, inclusive, helpful and supportive of each other, and of the company's mission. The senior management team is comprised of leaders in their field, who possess the talent and passion to grow both the people, and technology here.
Kontras
For some people there may be cons about working here, and that's a shame. Small, dynamic, creative, fast pace entrepreneurial start ups, certainly are not for everyone. But if that is your "cup of tea" , I don't think it could get more exciting, enjoyable and rewarding than here.
