For this specific position, there is micro managing, no room for mistakes, lots of pressure, if you stop to breath or fart, it is a problem, very old equipment and tools, etc. Supervisor tells you to do one thing, then suddenly will ask you why are you doing that, we need to save the material. How do i make repairs with out using the materials, you need to spend money to make money, when you understand how money works, which 80% of the planet does not, the sky becomes the limit. Its not rocket science. The company has no debt, and just because you have no debt, does not mean you will succeed financially as a company, especially if everything keeps breaking down. Also there is barely any PTO
