      easy advancement, relaxed work environment, avmax has a good verity of regional aircraft for new techs to get their feet wet with.

      pay scale is not clearly based, HR is in managements pocket. work tends to be very up and down. future of company seems rocky

      This company has Poor work culture, unfriendly people, unwillingness to help a person in need. The company has an Agenda to rid the place of all Black Employees. Abyssal paperwork, unprofessional work environment. Management is a joke. High turnover rate DO NOT TRAVEL TO MONTANA TO JOIN AVMAX, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Go somewhere else this company is a Joke!
